What is EasyLoop?

EasyLoop is a cloud streaming service that streams prerecorded video files to YouTube LIVE. You upload a video, add the RTMP URL and stream key from YouTube Studio, and start or schedule the stream. The streaming process runs on EasyLoop's cloud infrastructure, so your computer does not need to stay on and OBS is not required. EasyLoop handles looping, playlists, scheduling, video checks and automatic recovery attempts.

Do I need to keep my computer on?

No. After EasyLoop starts the stream, the streaming process runs in the cloud rather than on your computer. You can close the browser and turn your computer off.

What happens if an EasyLoop stream drops?

EasyLoop monitors the streaming process. If it stops unexpectedly, EasyLoop can attempt a controlled restart using the same stream configuration without you reconnecting manually. Stream status, restart activity and safe error information are recorded so you can see what happened. Automatic recovery reduces manual intervention but is not an uptime guarantee.

Do I need OBS to use EasyLoop?

No. EasyLoop streams your uploaded prerecorded video directly to YouTube LIVE, so OBS or other streaming software is not required for this workflow.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The EasyLoop Free Trial costs $0 and includes 3 cumulative streaming hours, 1 simultaneous stream up to Full HD (1080p) and 1 GB storage. Trial streams include a watermark. A payment card is required at signup, but no charge is made at activation.

What happens if a YouTube LIVE stream runs longer than 12 hours?

YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be archived automatically, and if a stream exceeds 12 hours it may not be captured at all. To keep replays, run sessions shorter than 12 hours, for example with a scheduled stop time. See the 12-hour archive strategy.
